Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residenti properties. Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and preferences. Maintain a daily calling target and report call outcomes to the team leader/manager. Follow up with interested leads regularly to nurture them through the sales funnel. Share detailed project information, amenities, pricing, and location benefits effectively. Schedule site visits or appointments for prospects with the sales team. Update and maintain lead information and status in the CRM or lead management system. Resolve basic customer queries courteously and escalate complex ones when required. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
