Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in real estate sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream). MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Candidates must have a proven track record in property sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients interested in residential/commercial properties
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into closures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing and legal teams for seamless deal closure
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
