Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. You will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable property options.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, deeds, lease agreements).
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
