Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Source and convert leads through online portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field outreach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annually).

Client Engagement & Site Management

  • Conduct site visits and deliver personalized property walkthroughs.
  • Understand client preferences and recommend suitable property options.
  • Offer advisory inputs on investment opportunities and market trends.

Sales Closure & Negotiation

  • Prepare proposals, assist in negotiations, and professionally close deals.
  • Ensure all deal-related documentation is complete and transition is smooth for post-sales teams.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about micro-market trends, competing projects, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain client relationships to generate referrals.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Time management and organizational expertise
  • Tech-savvy with basic CRM and reporting tool knowledge
  • Real estate experience preferred (Freshers with strong sales drive also welcome)
