Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads). Present and promote projects to potential buyers through site visits and presentations. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable units. Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and payment follow-ups. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events. Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and closing ability. Basic understanding of real estate market and sales cycle. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and email communication. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented. Knowledge of Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad real estate is an advantage. Must be comfortable with field/site work and weekend availability.
