Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads). Present and promote projects to potential buyers through site visits and presentations. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable units. Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and payment follow-ups. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events. Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and closing ability. Basic understanding of real estate market and sales cycle. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and email communication. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented. Knowledge of Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad real estate is an advantage. Must be comfortable with field/site work and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day on-site activities. Monitor labor and subcontractor work. Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications. Maintain material usage records and site stock. Report daily progress to the site engineer/project manager. Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and discipline. Assist in inspection and quality control activities. Skills & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience. Good understanding of basic civil construction practices (RCC, brickwork, plastering, etc.). Ability to handle labor teams and manage workflow. Basic reporting and communication skills. Punctual, reliable, and site-focused attitude.
