Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable property solutions.
• Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of Capkon Developer properties.
• Sales Closures: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
