Real Estate Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively market properties will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws during all transactions.
• Manage property listings, including updating information on MLS platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Administrative experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
