Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience working with leading developers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential and commercial property Construction, excellent client management skills, and in-depth market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end property sales process: prospecting, site visits, negotiations, closing.
• Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (digital, referral, walk-ins).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Explain project features, pricing, and legalities with confidence and clarity.
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and site teams for smooth transaction flow.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience with reputed developers like Brick & Bolt, Unique Builders, Builders Homes, Brixline, Prestige, Sobha, Assetz.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the local property market and customer preferences.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
