We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential/commercial properties developed by Mrityunjay Developers.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, social media, field visits, events, etc.).
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, specifications, and pricing to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide timely follow-ups and updates.
• Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation related to property purchases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and persuasive ability.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in real estate sales or related field will be an added advantage.
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
