Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Bhopal
Experience: Fresher & Experienced (Both can apply)
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients for property sales.
• Handle lead generation, client meetings, and site visits.
• Explain project details to customers and address their queries.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated with property trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.
• Maintain sales records and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English).
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Knowledge/experience in Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Emails).
