Real Estate Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in property valuation, sales, and marketing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information on properties, including market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales.
• Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Close sales deals and achieve targets by providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values and display/market real property to possible buyers.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices in brokerage.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, sales, and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales deals, focusing on achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with residential sales, project monitoring, and lead generation techniques.
• Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
