Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Executive. The role is located in Dadri, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating property transactions, including buying, selling, renting, and leasing residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The Executive will also handle property management and facility management tasks to ensure the optimal operation of real estate assets. Additionally, the role includes overseeing financial aspects related to real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Facility Management (FM), and Real Estate
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate practices
• Understanding of finance related to real estate transactions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
