To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Real Estate Development and Real Estate, along with experience in Project Management and Property Management. Sales skills related to property transactions are also essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial for success in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be able to work on-site in Salem.
