Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and offer suitable property options

• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest listings and trends

• Assist clients in property site visits, negotiations, and final documentation

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and customers

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain CRM systems for accurate and timely reporting

• Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and webinars

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting (minimum 1-3 years preferred)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of local property markets and RERA compliance

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
