If you're driven, confident, and have a knack for closing deals, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-growing brand. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Meet and convert walk-in and digital leads into farmland site visits and sales. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from inquiry to closure. Conduct site visits and pitch premium farmland projects effectively. Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral sales. 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (plot/farmland/residential preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle HNI clients and close high-ticket deals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Two-wheeler preferred for site travel.
