Role Overview

We’re seeking an independent Real Estate Consultant with deep knowledge of hospitality spaces — from cloud kitchens to boutique hotels. You’ll be the connector between space owners and aspiring hospitality entrepreneurs, helping them find the right locations and deal structures.

This is an independent, performance-based role ideal for someone entrepreneurial, well-networked, and passionate about hospitality, food, and real estate.

What You’ll Do

• Source, list, and manage hospitality properties (restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, cloud kitchens, bars, etc.) on our platform.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, and hospitality operators.
• Advise clients on the right location strategy based on concept, budget, and market trends.
• Negotiate lease and sale deals, ensuring alignment between both parties.
• Collaborate with the Paxika team to improve listings quality and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate, preferably in hospitality or commercial leasing.
• A strong local network in F&B or hospitality circles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, ethical, and motivated by outcomes — not micromanagement.
• Comfort working independently with flexible hours and commission-based structure.
