Key Responsibilities: Representing clients: Acting as a point of contact and advocate for buyers or sellers in property transactions. Identifying leads and building relationships: Finding and developing relationships with potential clients interested in buying or selling property. Conducting property viewings: Showing properties to potential buyers and providing detailed information. Negotiating deals: Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms. Marketing properties: Promoting properties to attract potential buyers through various channels. Ensuring smooth transactions: Assisting clients with paperwork, legal requirements, and coordinating with other professionals (e.g., lenders, appraisers). Staying updated on market trends: Keeping abreast of real estate market conditions, regulations, and competitive offerings. Building and maintaining client relationships: Developing strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones through referrals and exceptional service. Closing deals: Successfully completing property transactions and achieving sales goals. Skills and Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales.
