Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate property showings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-intent clients and prospects.
• Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing and offline campaigns.
• Provide property recommendations based on market insights and customer requirements.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company by maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or client relationship roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional language.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and consultative selling approach.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about client engagement.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
• Graduation preferred. Candidates from any stream can apply if they meet skill criteria.
