Role & responsibil

Organize clients visits at site with excellent Hospitality which include all key areas of visit with effective pitching.

Clients should be given proper treatment and kept engaged in free time.

Prepare daily site visit report after taking all information from security staff.

Arranging all necessary requirements at the time of various Events.

Take feedback from customers in specified forms after the visits.

Clients visits sheet should make appropriately which help to evaluate client needs.

Post daily WhatsApp report.

Make list of inventory of marketing material and submit it to manager-sales/Events as well as sales coordinator at HO.

Keep stock of calendars at site office, distribute it to visitors and make proper repot for the same.

Prepare list of prospective clients and send it with monthly report.

Enter relevant data in CRM regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    5 to 10 years in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties and high-value transactions.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:

    Proven ability to sell high-ticket real estate and close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Building:

    Strong networking and relationship management skills with high-net-worth clients.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Market Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market and local property trends.
  • Project Management:

    Ability to manage multiple sales processes, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate platforms.
  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Languages:

    Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
