Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about aviation career options and relevant training programs.

Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.

Guide students through the entire admission process, from enquiry to enrollment.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation courses, certifications, and industry trends.

Achieve enrollment targets set by the management.

Organize and participate in educational seminars, webinars, and campus promotions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students for referrals and reputation building.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preference to candidates with background in aviation, travel, or hospitality).

1–3 years of experience in education counselling or sales (aviation or training sector preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email handling).
