Job Title: React / Next.js Developer (2–3 Years Experience) Location: Bangalore/Mysore Job Type: Full-time Exp: 2–3 years Department: Development / Front-End Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled React/Next.js Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications with an emphasis on performance, usability, and scalability using modern front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using React.js and Next.js. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Debug and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks. Good understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Experience with version control tools (Git). Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Understanding of SEO principles, especially for SSR applications.
