React Native Developer

As a Senior React Native Developer at E Software Solution, you will play a crucial role in developing cross-platform mobile applications with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and scalability. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining apps using React Native, implementing functional components with Hooks and Context API, managing state using Redux, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs, debugging performance issues, and ensuring app security through Crashlytics. To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in React Native development, be proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, and possess a solid understanding of React functional components, Navigation libraries, Native modules, and mobile UI/UX design principles. Experience with deployment on App Store & Play Console, debugging, app performance optimization, and knowledge of offline storage solutions like AsyncStorage, SQLite, Realm, and MMKV are essential. Collaboration with design, backend, and QA teams, active participation in code reviews, agile sprints, and planning, as well as strong problem-solving and debugging abilities are key aspects of this position. Effective communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to work both independently and within agile teams are also important. A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn new technologies are highly valued traits.
