React Native Developer

React Native Developer:

• Experience: 2 years
• Location: Kolkata / Pune
• Immediate joiner preferred

What would you be doing:

● Develop and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and

Android platforms.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to

implement new features.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

● Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

● Work with version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Debug and resolve performance and UI issues.

● Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

● Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends and tools.

What do we look for, in you:

● At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React Native.

● Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.

● Experience with mobile UI/UX best practices.

● Experience with up-gradation of Android and IOS versions and corresponding

package upgrades.

● Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.

● Experience with REST APIs and JSON.

● Solid understanding of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google

Play).

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

We will be even happier if you have:

● Being an open-source contributor.

● Proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB.

● Familiarity with tools like Firebase, or Code Push.

● Exposure to CI/CD for mobile apps.

● Unit and integration testing using Jest or Detox.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

● Ability to discover functional and non-functional requirements of an app, based on

various levels of inputs from clients.

● Ability to transform customer ideas to business models and scope understandable

by technical experts.

● Having excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
