React and React Native Developer

Role Overview: At Restroworks (formerly Posist), we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way restaurants operate and empowering them to thrive globally. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in React.js: Demonstrated expertise in React (v18+) with the ability to develop components using Hooks, Context, and modern React patterns. - React Native Core Skills: Solid experience (2-4 years) in React Native fundamentals, including components, hooks, navigation (e.g., React Navigation), and styling. - Proficient in TypeScript: Skilled in using TypeScript in a production environment to write type-safe code. - Experience with Data Fetching: Knowledge of server-state libraries like Tanstack Query (React Query) for fetching and caching data. - Familiarity with styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Sass. - State Management: Strong understanding of at least one state management library (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai). - Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. - Styling: Capable of developing responsive UIs with CSS-in-JS, component libraries, or utility-first CSS (e.g., Tailwind). - Familiarity with build tools and bundlers: Comfortable setting up and maintaining build configurations using Vite, Webpack, or Babel for code optimization, lazy loading, and faster compilation workflows. - Debugging: Experience with debugging tools for React Native, familiarity with Reactotron is a significant advantage. - Tools: Proficient with Git and acquainted with build tools like Vite or Webpack. - Experience using performance debugging tools like React Profiler.
