R&D Team Leader

Role Overview: You will be leading the power quality R&D team with a focus on software, communications, and digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include coaching and guiding the team towards business targets, contributing to continuous improvements, and driving long-term strategic initiatives. As a leader, you will take ownership of developing the team's competence, ensuring compliance with regulations, and embodying Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.
