Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in the agrochemical industry, specifically in synthesis and R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field and be based in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new methods for synthesizing agrochemicals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production processes.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency.
Design and develop new equipment and facilities for synthesis and R&D.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to production teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the agrochemical industry, preferably in synthesis and R&D.
Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis and analysis techniques.
Experience with laboratory equipment and software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
