Responsibilities Overview

• Assist in detailed research regarding crops, soil types, climate patterns, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Support and analyze trials focused on post-harvest handling, packaging methods, and cold-chain logistics.
• Compose farming protocols, SOPs, and document related testing results in detailed reports.
• Engage with tech and product teams to embed agricultural insights into actionable solutions.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions, perform literature reviews, and process field data regarding R&D pursuits.
  

You Should Have

• Engaged in or completed an academic program in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or equivalent fields.
• Knowledgeable about crop systems, effective pest/disease control, and agricultural product inputs.
• Proficiency in documentation coupled with meticulous research capabilities.
• Independent and adaptable to the dynamics of remote work environments.
• Bonus: Acquaintance with GIS databases, remote sensing technologies, or precision agriculture tools.
