Job Title: R&D Flavour Researcher Executive

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research in flavour science, extraction, creation, and stabilization.
Develop new flavours and optimize formulations for food applications.
Work on product development with a special focus on bakery products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality control.
Perform sensory evaluations, stability testing, and product trials.
Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to management.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in flavour technology.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Food Science, Chemistry, Perfumery, Flavours, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 year of hands-on experience in flavour research/extraction/creation and stabilization.
Knowledge of bakery product applications will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative R&D team.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
