Job Opening: R&D Faculty – Python / Emerging Technologies (Kochi)

We are looking for a technically strong and research-oriented R&D Faculty to join our academic team at Vstep Academy, a professional training academy focused on developing job-ready talent in finance and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and development in Python and related technologies

• Design and update course materials, assignments, and project content

• Deliver technical sessions and mentor students

• Guide students in practical projects and applied research

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools

• Support academic innovation and curriculum enhancement initiatives

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Python

• Exposure to one or more of the following:

• Data Analysis / Data Science

• Machine Learning / AI (basic to intermediate)

• Automation / Scripting

• Web frameworks (Django / Flask – preferred)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / MTech or equivalent

• Candidates with research background or academic project experience preferred

• Teaching / training experience is an added advantage
