R&D Executive- Personal& Skincare

As an NPD Executive, you will be responsible for executing the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle. This includes ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and product launch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the complete NPD lifecycle, from ideation to launch. - Conducting market research and trend analysis to identify product opportunities. - Collaborating with vendors for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients. - Coordinating lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. - Maintaining and updating the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor project timelines. - Supporting costing, pricing analysis, and providing inputs for margin optimization. - Collaborating with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth product rollouts. - Tracking post-launch performance and collecting consumer feedback for improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Cosmetics, Pharma, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in NPD, R&D, or product development (preferably in FMCG, personal care, or wellness industries). - Knowledge of formulation, packaging, and product testing. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality compliance. - Strong coordination, research, and project management skills. - Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.
