Job Description

Position:

Role Summary:

The R&D Executive will be responsible for developing and enhancing industrial paint formulations, improving product performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires strong expertise in coatings chemistry, laboratory testing, and formulation.

Qualifications:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry.
Experience:
5+ years in paint/coatings R&D, preferably in industrial coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and formulate new industrial coatings and improve existing products.
Evaluate and qualify raw materials (resins, pigments, additives).
Conduct laboratory testing to ensure performance, durability, and compliance (ISO, ASTM, BIS).
Support production with technical guidance and resolve formulation or process issues.
Assist in quality control procedures and calibration of lab equipment.
Provide technical support for customer trials, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
Ensure all R&D activities follow safety and environmental regulations.
