R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Research & Innovation:

Conduct research to identify emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the techno-control industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions that address customer needs and market demands.Product Development:

Design and prototype new techno-control products and features, leveraging your expertise in engineering principles and methodologies. Work closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to translate conceptual ideas into tangible products and solutions.

Testing & Validation:

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the performance, reliability, and scalability of developed solutions. Analyze test results and iterate on designs to optimize product functionality and performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and research findings. Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment of R&D activities with overall business objectives and customer requirements. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills

Document Formation, Research, MS Office and added advantage if skilled in Latex Software, Matlab, Micro Controllers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

NOTE: Only Candidates from Cable industry are preferred.
