We’re Hiring : R&D Chef – Culinary Innovation & Quality Development


About the Role


We’re not looking for just another chef.

We’re looking for someone who has the patience of a researcher, the creativity of an innovator, and the passion of a true food lover.


As an R&D Chef with us, your canvas will be everyday foods — snacks, rice dishes, Indian staples, global inspirations — and your challenge will be to reimagine them into something extraordinary. From experimenting with new techniques to refining taste and texture.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, documenting, improving, and innovating — not just cooking.


What You’ll Do :

• Innovate & Experiment – Reimagine traditional recipes with modern techniques, ingredient swaps, and continuous testing.

• Perfect Every Detail – Refine recipes for taste, nutrition, texture, and consistency, ensuring they meet premium standards.

• Research & Document – Maintain structured records of recipe trials, ingredient sourcing, and outcomes.

• Collaborate – Work with product teams, food scientists, and quality experts to scale innovation for production.

• Stay Ahead – Track culinary trends, consumer preferences, and nutritional insights to inspire new product ideas.



Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years as a Chef / R&D Chef / Culinary Product Developer.

• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.

• Strong grasp of both classic culinary techniques and modern food innovation.

• A patient, detail-oriented, and research-driven mindset.

• Passion for transforming basic ingredients into exceptional culinary experiences.

• Understanding of food safety, quality checks, and shelf-life enhancement is a plus.
