RCM(Construction oil and Gas refinery)

You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Manager (RCM) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. You will lead a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery. Additionally, you will handle project documentation, coordinate communication with stakeholders, and oversee site operations to resolve any issues that may arise. To qualify for this role, you must have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing residential and large-scale projects, particularly in the Hydrocarbon/Fertilizer sectors. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management tools is required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
