Role Overview

RCM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End RCM:
Manage working on different RCM workflows (Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Claim Submission).
Technical Troubleshooting:
Resolve complex payer rejections, ERA posting discrepancies, and configuration errors.
Data Analysis:
Analyze
EDI 835/837
transaction data to fix logic or mapping issues.
Clearinghouse Management:
Partner with
Waystar, Availity, or Change Healthcare
to resolve discrepancies.
Root Cause Analysis:
Perform systemic audits to prevent recurring billing errors and improve workflows.
Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to
HIPAA.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
Minimum 3-6 years of proven expertise in U.S. Healthcare RCM and Billing Systems.
Technical Edge:
Familiarity with EDI data and clearinghouse portals.
Communication:
A neutral/clear accent is mandatory for direct U.S. client interactions.
Location:
Must work from our
Thoraipakkam, Chennai
office.
