**Job Description** All Care Therapies is seeking Account Managers for Medical Billing Process to join their dynamic team in Chennai, TN. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients and accounts independently for medical billing processes. This includes client interaction, account management, sharing knowledge with team members, supporting a positive work culture, and coaching and developing subordinates through training. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) USA Operations. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in independently managing at least 15+ people accounts, possess commitment, strategic thinking, effective people management skills, and excellent communication skills.
