Therapist Assistant (Backend Voice Support) for US Healthcare Company

As a Therapist Schedule Manager at All Care Therapies, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of therapists" schedules to ensure seamless operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth functioning of the healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating therapist availability, processing vacation and time-off requests, updating staff details in an online application, and communicating effectively with team members through email and phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing therapists" credentials, conducting orientations for new team members, creating and managing user accounts on web portals, and developing a training calendar for continuous professional development. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, have experience in US healthcare processes, and preferably hold a clinical qualification. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for effective interaction with team members and clients. You should be comfortable working in the IST shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST at our office in Porur, Chennai.
