Position: Account Managers for Medical Billing Process Location: Chennai, TN Shift Timings: Night Shift, PST/CST Time Zone Responsibilities: - Manage clients & accounts independently for medical billing processes. - Demonstrate strong client interaction & Account management skills. - Regular interaction with team members to share knowledge and information. - Support a positive culture and work environment. - Lead by example with traits such as courtesy, energy, punctuality, respect for others, and a team player mentality. - Conduct coaching & development of subordinates through training need identification. Qualifications: - 5-10 years related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) USA Operations. - Experience independently managing at least 15+ client accounts. - Required skills include commitment, strategic thinking, effective people management, openness to suggestions, and deliberate decision-making. - Excellent communication skills.
