Your responsibilities will include conducting tests of operating effectiveness of SOX controls, participating in process discussions, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct test of operating effectiveness of SOX controls for multiple processes across client(s) - Participate in process discussions and walkthrough meetings with the Seniors, and prepare process flows / narratives and risk & control matrices - Provide regular status updates to the Seniors on the controls tested - Document testing workpapers as per the defined standards and quality benchmark - Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time for assigned requests - Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams - Display teamwork, integrity, and leadership - Utilize technology & tools to learn, innovate, and enhance service delivery - Prioritize deliverables effectively to achieve optimum results Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of work experience in a Big 4 or professional firm, or professional industry experience in risks & controls - CA, bachelor's in commerce, or MBA (Masters in business administration) - Understanding of SOX and COSO framework - Strong academic background in Business, Accounting, or Engineering - Exceptional command of spoken and written English - Team player with strong interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
