Job Description

Job TitleManager - 12+ years of experience

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, operational excellence, and process improvement. This role requires a CPA certification and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations by maintaining technical accounting expertise.

Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.

Report and reconcile month-end revenue accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Draft journal entries for bank transfers and ensure timely processing.

Perform daily intercompany settlement processes, including payment applications and reconciliations.

Resolve discrepancies associated with daily journal entries and escalate issues on incident logs as necessary.

Reconcile daily custodial cash transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

CPA certification is mandatory.

Proven experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
