Job Description

Manufacturing co-ordination for assembly lines

Sample co-ordination and release of New products for series production

Customer audit preparation,PPAP and co-ordination from manufacturing

Evaluate customer requirements (new/running change) and provide solution

Engineering change (ECR) coordinator (Creation, validation and implementation)

Responsible for Production documents (PFMEA, Control-Plans,Working plans, etc.)

Lead relocation & localization projects

Capacity planning and new investment planning

KAIZEN, YOKOTEN & LL tracking, implementation & IPN coordination

Plan and implement safe launch and ramp up of new platforms

Co-ordinate and tracking of plant affected ECRs initiated from worldwide location Optimization of assembly processes (to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery targets)

Use BPS (Bosch Production System) elements like leveling, pull system & QCO for waste elimination

Production key user (SAP)

Qualifications

BE Mechanical with 3-7 years experience
