Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement use cases and access control policies aligned with
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
and
Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)
models.
Analyze business use cases and translate them into effective policy language.
Develop and manage access control policies using standards such as
XACML
or other policy languages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM strategies align with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with
ABAC/PBAC
frameworks.
Overall experience in
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
.
Strong understanding of policy modeling and translation from use cases.
Practical experience with
XACML
or similar policy definition languages.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and tools, specifically in the context of ABAC/PBAC.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
Microsoft Entra
(not mandatory).
Programming experience in
Java
or
Python
.
