RB-LS: Business Development Associate - Corporate Salary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in the Corporate Salary department The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase business opportunities
• Manage existing customer relationships to enhance depth and consistency
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business growth
• Record and track all engagement activities using CRM software
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry

• Graduate degree in any field with less than 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills to work effectively as part of a team
• High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals

The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank The department drives business from 2700+ branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business to increase the retail book of the bank
