About Acquiring and Cards

The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the Cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers specific needs along with offering PoS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments spaceAbout the RoleThe Product team manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities They are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery The Product team is also responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and AnalysisResponsible for designing and launching new products and streamlining existing processes to increase customer acquisitionIdentify point earning avenues for customers and ensure successful implementation of the programBuild customer journeys and devise go to market strategies for new launchesDesign promotional campaigns and other tactical strategies to enhance top lineEnhance the program by monitoring pricing, revenue generation, product management, new product development and portfolio performanceDesign and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase brand awarenessDrive cross-sell through sales team and manage relationship with partners for specific business requirementsQualificationsGraduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized instituteRole ProficienciesKnowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
