Raw Material Section In-Charge

Location: Wada, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–6 years (Pharma Industry – Raw Material Section)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Raw Material Section In-Charge to oversee sampling, testing, documentation, and release of raw materials (APIs & Excipients) as per pharmacopeia, cGMP, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and sample raw materials (API & excipients)
• Conduct physicochemical testing (FTIR, UV, pH, LOD, Assay, Heavy Metals, etc.)
• Maintain COAs, logbooks, and analytical reports
• Coordinate with QA for release and tagging of raw materials
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ALCOA+, and audit requirements
• Handle instruments: FTIR, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer, pH meter, analytical balance

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of raw material handling & quality control
Hands-on experience in regulated pharma environmentTeam management & leadership skillsFamiliarity with IP/BP/USP/Ph. Eur. standards
