Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in all india for Rapido Riders. The Rapido Riders will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods or passengers. Daily tasks will include route planning, vehicle maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations. The role demands punctuality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• RC, PAN Card, Addhar card
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
• Experience in route planning and time management
• Dependability and punctuality
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
