RAN Post-Optimization

As an experienced individual with more than 5 years of expertise in the field, you will be responsible for various key responsibilities in this hybrid job role transitioning to 100% remote work. The job falls under Job Stage JS4, with a medium expertise level expected from you. The shift timings for this position are either from 4 PM to 1 AM or from 6 PM to 3 AM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deep understanding of Swap/Cluster Acceptance Procedure - Familiarity with Ericsson OSS KPIs & Counters for LTE & VoLTE - LTE KPI Optimization for Ericsson System - NR NSA KPI Optimization for Ericsson System - Proficiency in procedures such as RRC, ERAB procedure, Handover Preparation & Execution, and PRB Utilization Additionally, it is preferred that you have knowledge of drops due to UE lost, MME drops, drops due to Handover, as well as familiarity with Ericsson tools like Ericsson Performance Portal (EPP) and Ericsson Network Manager (ENM). Basic knowledge of Nokia Counters and NetAct is considered an advantage. Understanding of Drive Test KPIs such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, and RI is also required for this role. Optional skills that would be beneficial for you include knowledge of 5G Standalone and basic knowledge of Power BI. The job type is permanent, and the work location initially involves in-person presence for the laptop collection and knowledge transfer, with the work schedule during night shifts.
