Role: FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) Performance & Operations Analyst / Specialist This role focuses on managing the end-to-end journey of FWA deployments from feasibility and installation to customer onboarding. The person will closely monitor the performance of outdoor (ODU) and indoor (IDU) units, analyze large datasets to extract performance and customer insights, and work cross-functionally with teams like Engineering, Field Ops, Customer Experience, and Marketing to improve efficiency, installation success, and customer satisfaction. 1. FWA Journey Management: Oversee the complete FWA lifecycle: Feasibility, installation, activation, and customer onboarding. Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless installation and configuration of ODU and IDU. Monitor and optimize customer acquisition funnel post-installation. 2. Performance Metrics & Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for: ODU: Signal strength, SINR, RSRP, RSRQ, throughput, latency. IDU: Wi-Fi coverage, device connectivity, speed tests, user experience metrics. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using real-time and historical data. 3. Data Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to visualize installation success rates, customer activation timelines, and churn patterns. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau to derive insights from large datasets. Recommend improvements in installation practices and customer engagement strategies based on data trends. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Field Operations, Customer experience, and Marketing teams 1.Proven experience in FWA technologies, preferably in telecom or broadband services. 2.Strong understanding of ODU/IDU hardware, RF principles, and network performance metrics. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau). 3.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexible mindset.

The LTE Optimization Engineer will work closely with the network engineering and operations teams to ensure the network performs efficiently and meets key performance indicators (KPIs) .
