Role: FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) Performance & Operations Analyst / Specialist This role focuses on managing the end-to-end journey of FWA deployments from feasibility and installation to customer onboarding. The person will closely monitor the performance of outdoor (ODU) and indoor (IDU) units, analyze large datasets to extract performance and customer insights, and work cross-functionally with teams like Engineering, Field Ops, Customer Experience, and Marketing to improve efficiency, installation success, and customer satisfaction. 1. FWA Journey Management: Oversee the complete FWA lifecycle: Feasibility, installation, activation, and customer onboarding. Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless installation and configuration of ODU and IDU. Monitor and optimize customer acquisition funnel post-installation. 2. Performance Metrics & Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for: ODU: Signal strength, SINR, RSRP, RSRQ, throughput, latency. IDU: Wi-Fi coverage, device connectivity, speed tests, user experience metrics. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using real-time and historical data. 3. Data Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to visualize installation success rates, customer activation timelines, and churn patterns. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau to derive insights from large datasets. Recommend improvements in installation practices and customer engagement strategies based on data trends. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Field Operations, Customer experience, and Marketing teams 1.Proven experience in FWA technologies, preferably in telecom or broadband services. 2.Strong understanding of ODU/IDU hardware, RF principles, and network performance metrics. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau). 3.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexible mindset.

Role & responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving the performance of LTE networks. The LTE Optimization Engineer will work closely with the network engineering and operations teams to ensure the network performs efficiently and meets key performance indicators (KPIs) . Key Responsibilities: Network Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize 2G/3G/4G network performance and KPIs analysis . Identify network issues (e.g., call drops, poor data throughput) and propose solutions for improvement. Optimize key network parameters such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR , etc., for better coverage and quality. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis for network performance issues, including handover failures , coverage issues , and capacity constraints . Work with other teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. Network Configuration & Tuning: Optimize radio parameters to meet the specific requirements of the region, including radio access parameters and interference management . Implement network tuning strategies to enhance data throughput and network reliability . Report Generation & Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on network performance and optimization recommendations to management. Document the procedures, solutions, and results from the optimization efforts for future reference. Collaboration: Collaborate with other network engineers and cross-functional teams to implement optimization solutions. Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders to apply best practices and new technologies to optimize LTE network performance. Preferred candidate profile

The job requires an experienced individual with more than 5 years of expertise in the field. The working model is hybrid, with the initial laptop collection and knowledge transfer taking place in the office for the first 2-4 weeks. Following this, the role transitions to 100% remote work. The job falls under Job Stage JS4, with medium expertise level expected from the candidate. The shift timings for this position are either from 4 PM to 1 AM or from 6 PM to 3 AM. The key responsibilities include a deep understanding of Swap/Cluster Acceptance Procedure, Ericsson OSS KPIs & Counters for LTE & VoLTE, LTE KPI Optimization for Ericsson System, NR NSA KPI Optimization for Ericsson System, and various procedures such as RRC, ERAB procedure, Handover Preparation & Execution, and PRB Utilization. Additionally, knowledge of drops due to UE lost, MME drops, drops due to Handover, as well as familiarity with Ericsson tools like Ericsson Performance Portal (EPP) and Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) is preferred. Basic knowledge of Nokia Counters and NetAct is considered an advantage. Understanding of Drive Test KPIs such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, and RI is also required for this role. Hands-on experience with wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE/5G, RF validation, or IoT protocols). Experience working with Linux environments and scripting (Python, Bash). Familiar with JIRA , Git , test case management , and bug tracking tools . Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CI/CD tools , version control, and agile processes. Nice to Have Exposure to JIRA , Postman , or similar test management tools.
