As a DT Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting Scft drive tests for 2G, 4G, and 5G networks using the AZENQOS tool. Role: FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) Performance & Operations Analyst / Specialist This role focuses on managing the end-to-end journey of FWA deployments from feasibility and installation to customer onboarding. Data Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to visualize installation success rates, customer activation timelines, and churn patterns. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau to derive insights from large datasets. Recommend improvements in installation practices and customer engagement strategies based on data trends. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Field Operations, Customer experience, and Marketing teams 1.Proven experience in FWA technologies, preferably in telecom or broadband services. 2.Strong understanding of ODU/IDU hardware, RF principles, and network performance metrics.
